Sometimes, you have to slow down and smell the roses or the fresh wild hog droppings on the side of the river bank. Either will do. A couple friends and I went exploring in a waterway that eventually flows into Sardis Lake in North Mississippi. We fished a bit but mostly floated around exploring. It was relaxing, quiet, and a lot of fun. Perfect battery recharge.

I can tell my wife has been away from her laser engravers for far too long. She's getting the crafty bug, and this time, she is dealing with the natural resources on the property. She's making a bunch of pine cone themed wreaths and fall decorations.
