A friend of mine has a property similar to ours, except that they are further into the bush. It's remote, it's quiet, and it's peaceful out there. He has a small creek that flows year-round. During one of our many monsoon-like rains this year, his much smaller culvert and bridge were completely washed away, eliminating access to a large portion of his property.
