We scored big. I spoke with a tree-cutting service, and we will now be a dumping location for woodchips whenever they are in the area. Woodchips was the real goal but we scored a huge cypress on day one as well.
A day after the cypress was cut, we started milling one of the logs into lumber. It was a pretty crazy log with limbs everywhere and a large trunk size change from end to end. It produced some interesting lumber. The cypress lumber was for an order for Mr. Tony. He is wanting 50 board feet each of cypress, pine, and red oak.
In real
time we completed Mr. Tony's order and are halfway through Mr. Paul's 1,000 board feet order. Today I'm headed to Tupelo to sell some logs and pick up a load of equipment attachments.
