Well, our apartment isn't up to code, apparently. Luckily, we're not subject to code. In real time, we weathered the ice storm, and I've been glued to the computer since power came back on. Tomorrow is Part 5 of the apartment series and Friday is an 86 minute Ice Storm video. Onward!
